We are an independent international oil and gas consultancy based in Ashtead, Surrey. For over 25 years we have been providing upstream legal and commercial services to a wide range of clients, including international oil companies, governments and contractors, in the worlds’ major petroleum provinces.
We are proud to have been involved in some of the world’s largest and most important upstream transactions. We greatly value our relationships with our clients and are proud of the consistent praise we receive from them for the quality of our work.
We also present oil and gas courses,
conferences and lectures, and publish books and newsletters, to make our legal and commercial expertise more widely available to the industry.
